Hey Everyone! This may be my favorite episode yet! We drink American styled IPAs, talk history, contemplate about starting a Gremlins 2 fancast, Brendan yells about sexism, and drink a home brew of our own creation. It gets real silly!

Get your somewhat sour on! It's Professional beer nerd! The return! We're back, with an episode on Flemish reds.  I'm Brendan, and I'm joined by my friends Tim and Brad, as we try this unique style of sour beer. It's been a while since our last episode, but we're coming back, with two episodes a month in the foreseeable future!

Our third full "style" episode! We face down 7 different takes on brewing beer to celebrate Oktoberfest! Oktoberfest starts the last week of September (tricky) so it's just in time! Learn about Lagers, the origin of the festival, and our take on sexism in beer labels. Also find out why Frankenstien never got involved in WW2, P.T. Barnum's Coney Island days, the myriad effects of Salvia, and why we're scared to say what things taste like. Featuring breweries Ayinger, Spaten, Flying Dog, Otter Creek, Great Lakes, Leinenkugel, and Stoudts!

Recorded after drinking a few too many during our Oktoberfest special. We try two "Extreme Beers" Fegley's Brew works Hopsolutely, and New Holland Dragons milk. We decide what beers to bring to a desert island, tell our tales of drinking shame, and find out what surprising animals can produce milk (the answer is deeply, deeply gross).

Ok, labor day weekend is over, so for me it's back to the labor of drinking beer and then talking about it. The next 'cast is about marriage! Actually, it's about Oktoberfest, the beer style that celebrates a marriage that happened in 1810. It also happens to be the name of a Munich festival that involves drinking beer to great excess. Will this celebratory spirit carry into our episode? Will we break down the history of Vienna malt, or will we decide which historical figures we'd most like to marry? PERHAPS BOTH.

Only you can decide dear friend, whether you will listen or not

Items of action
Do you have an Oktoberfest story?
Someone you want to marry, perhaps....from history?
Perhaps you'd like to tell us the origin of the word lager!
Or, just tell us your favorite Oktoberfest (Rocktoberfest) beer!

Or just write anything! We'll read it! Spammers, this means you! Quick! To the comments!

Our, longest, most controversial episode yet! Brendan, Tim, and Bradley gather in the shadow of a hurricane to learn about stouts through the ages, succumb to beer madness, and find out how beer tastes to lions. Featuring Guinness Extra Stout, Porterhouse Oyster stout, Farson's lacto stout, Southern Tier Oat, Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, and Avery Czar Imperial stout. Dark times call for dark beers!

Episode zero finds us testing the format. Two hosts drink a couple beers, discuss the stories behind them, and sing songs with only meows.
